Bricks in Space

Our position on rocketry, history, and current events

At Bricks in Space, we are passionate about space exploration, rocketry, and the incredible achievements that have taken humanity beyond our planet. However, we recognise that the history of rocketry is deeply intertwined with war, conflict, and regimes that we do not—and will never—support.

We approach this history with honesty, acknowledging the past while focusing on the scientific and engineering advancements that have shaped our journey to the stars. Bricks in Space is, and always will be, a place that celebrates knowledge, innovation, and the peaceful pursuit of discovery.

That said, we believe that science and exploration should serve humanity, not destruction, and that peaceful solutions should always be the goal. We also respect those who serve their countries with honour and integrity.

However, to be absolutely clear, we unequivocally condemn Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The suffering inflicted upon Ukraine is unjustifiable, and we stand in full support of the Ukrainian people in their fight for sovereignty and freedom.

Additionally, we are deeply disturbed by recent political rhetoric in the United States that seeks to realign with Russia and undermine the values of democracy, freedom, and human rights. These positions are not just dangerous—they are repugnant. We reject any movement that enables authoritarianism, disregards human suffering, or compromises the pursuit of truth and progress.

Bricks in Space: Realistic LEGO Models at 1:110 Scale

Bricks in Space is a community created by LEGO enthusiasts showcasing realistic rockets and space models at 1:110 scale. It was created following the success of LEGO’s Saturn V rocket model which was released in June 2017.

All models showcased on this page can be downloaded via their respective rebrickable pages, LXF files, Bricklink’s Stud.io files, or PDF instructions where available. It’s worth noting that as these are not official LEGO models, they may not be as stable as the commercial sets. However, we encourage builders to modify and share their creations with us, and we welcome feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Join our community on Facebook, Discord, or Reddit’s LegoRockets subreddit to engage in discussions and share ideas. If you have any suggestions or ideas, feel free to contact us via the provided form.
