Whilst this website deals with Nanofig Scale / Saturn V Scale / 1:110 scale, there are a plethora of amazing models out there that have been done in a variety of scales. Now it would be impossible for me to list them all but I would love to highlight a few.
Microscale
These ones are made at a very small scale, usually dealing with a large subject matter presented at a size that is reasonable for the average person to display. Some Examples include.

Original design by Grant Passmore (Eiffleman) and enhanced by Tim Winters, this version is an interpretation of those designs plus several adjustments by Paul Galea.

1:220 scale (ISS scale)
In February 2020, LEGO introduced set 21321, the International Space Station. This set was designed at 1:220 scale, approximately half the scale of the Saturn V set, making it an ideal choice for those with limited display space. Numerous MOCs have been developed to complement this set, most notably those addressing the prominent issue of the included shuttle, which was inaccurately scaled.
1:160 scale (Artemis scale)
In May 2024, LEGO introduced set 10341, Artemis Space Launch System. As this is a newly released set I am unaware of any complimentary MOCs, however I include it on this list as I suspect soon there will be!
1:70 scale (Discovery scale)
In April 2021, LEGO unveiled Set 10283, the Space Shuttle Discovery. This set offers an ideal balance between the Saturn V scale (1:110) and minifigure scale. Many MOCs at this scale are either modifications of the Shuttle, such as external tanks, or models of satellites launched from the Shuttle.
Minifig scale (approx 1:29 – 1:55)
The unique proportions of LEGO minifigures make it challenging to determine a universally accepted scale. However, the commonly recognised scale range is between 1:35 and 1:45, with some variations extending beyond these parameters. Numerous MOCs have been designed to fit within this popular scale range, offering a diverse array of options.
Larger models (1:20 scale and larger)
Sometimes, the desire is for a large, highly detailed model. Notable examples from LEGO include the Mars Rover Perseverance and the upcoming Lunar Rover sets. Unlike microscale models, these larger sets focus on smaller subjects, allowing for intricate detailing and enhanced realism.
